Looking for a detail oriented, organized, reliable individual to assist with end of sale operations and work with our product operations team to carry-out orders. This is a customer-facing position, which will require clear and frequent communication with clients to finalize all details of the order, and keep the customer updated throughout the production process. Responsibilities will include:

• Working with clients to finalize and perfect all details of an order
• Communicating with manufacturers / suppliers to place the order
• Managing and staying on top of lots of orders at once
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Work on all final logistics to get the cups delivered (ocean freight, LTL shipments)
