As sustainability becomes increasingly more important in our everyday lives, everyone is looking for a way to make their own impact, and we’ve recently found a way for you to do just that – Earth Cups. 

Earth cups was founded by two college students, who have been working to make sustainability cool, after walking around their own campuses and realizing how much the red plastic party cup is setting our planet back. After taking some time to talk to college senior, Misha Medvedev, co-founder of Earth Cups, we have learned that It’s time we step away from the red Solo cup and their culture, and drink sustainably. Red party cups are not truly recyclable, and take anywhere from 500 to 1,000 years to break down. 

That is why we wanted to introduce you to Earth Cups. Earth Cups are 100% biodegradable and compostable cups that biodegrade 85% faster than your average plastic cup, turning to soil in just 90 days. 

Rather than playing your pong games, or packing for picnics with plastic cups, which end up in landfills by the billions, use Earth Cups. They look and feel just like plastic cups, and hold up just as well in games (we’ve tried it out).
