Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Developer to spearhead the creation of a 100% home compostable cup. You will be responsible for developing a prototype and plan for mass production using Earth Brands' resources. Your work will be critical in advancing our mission to replace single-use plastics with sustainable alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a 100% home compostable cup from concept to prototype.

• Utilize extrusion and thermoforming techniques in the design process.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to identify and source sustainable materials.

• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the product meets all compostability and performance standards.

• Develop a detailed plan for mass production, including manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics.

• Work closely with the sustainability team to ensure the product aligns with our environmental goals.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and milestones.
