While an aperol spritz might be fiery in color, its taste is cool and refreshing. As importantly, when served in an Earth Cup, the wine-based cocktail will cool down our planet, too. The Venetian drink consists of 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts aperol, 2 parts club soda, and a few orange slices. It’s versatile, too: perfect for a late summer evening and ideal for a 5pm happy hour with your boss.

• 3 oz Prosecco 
• 1 oz Club Soda
• 1 Orange Slice for Garnish
