We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Head of Sales who will play a pivotal role in leading our sales initiatives among B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in forging strong relationships with new customers and refining our sales strategy to drive substantial business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Engage proactively with customers, ensuring rapid and effective responses to inquiries and needs
- Utilize and master our pricing calculator to accurately quote customers, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing strategies
- Facilitate efficient and successful order processes
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry, with a focus on manufacturing and/or distribution
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Experience in Hubspot and knowledge of various CRMS is helpful
